This is a photo of a Massachusetts State Police cruiser. (WLNE) BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension unit added three homicide suspects to the Most Wanted Fugitives list. Police said Luis Soto, 33, is wanted for shooting two men inside a Brockton Dollar Tree in January, killing one of them. A second addition was Jerome Fordham. Police said he fatally shot a man during an altercation in Taunton last November. The third addition was David Lynch, 24, who fatally shot a man in Brockton last November.
